Long Range Planning

This committee creates projects, i.e., $2.9 million 2001 Sundial renovation that led to the collapse of the roof and a $5 million liability to replace the roof and fix the damage; $3.5 million Bell renovation; and the $20-million Fairway project. These projects were all done without the vote of the membership which conflicts with Article X of the Articles of Incorporation.

Budget and Finance

This is the committee that decides which projects to spend the money on, i.e., $2.9 million 2001 Sundial renovation that led to the collapse of the roof and a $5 million liability to replace the roof and fix the damage; $3.5 million Bell renovation; and the $20-million Fairway project.
