IMPORTANT COMMITTEE MEETINGS:

Long Range Planning

This committee creates projects, i.e., $2.9 million 2001 Sundial renovation that led to the collapse of the roof and a $5 million liability to replace the roof and fix the damage; $3.5 million Bell renovation; and the $18-million Fairway project.  These projects were all done without the vote of the membership which conflicts with Article X of the Articles of Incorporation.  On December 20, 2012, the board voted to spend $6 million on North Golf Course.  On September 26, 2013, again without a membership vote, the board voted to approve the Long Range Plan of spending $2.3 million on Marinette, $6 million on North Golf Course, $4.4 million on purchasing the 66-month-old solar panels, and more, totaling $30 million in all.
