We are concerned that The Recreation Centers of Sun City's ("RCSC") facilities will not be kept up to quality standards. 

We also are concerned that our reserves might be squandered on unnecessary projects, or by using unqualified contractors that ruin or remove our amenities, thus threatening our investment and our dreams for a secure retirement.

And we are concerned when the volunteer layman board directors overstep their authority by writing bylaws and board policies that remove membership power and when they trample on the Constitutional rights of the Members.

Through this web site and e-mail and telephone communication, we are linking together like-minded voters, creating a Membership Action Group to gather a voting constituency, circulate petitions, and lobby to hold the board accountable.  And we are raising funds for litigation as a last resort when the board needs a court to force them to obey state statutes and their own community documents.
